Payment options

Regardless of your level of treatment, our hassle-free payment systems will make accessing our services easier on your finances.

You can choose the option that suits your financial situation or personal preference. Our flexibility ensures everyone is catered for, whether you favour a full upfront payment or systematic instalments. Our aim is to give you choices that overcome financial barriers to treatment.

Payment options available:

Pay online

This option allows you to pay for your cycle via our secure Commonwealth Bank payment platform up to three days prior to your procedure.

On the day of your procedure this payment is applied to your invoice and an online claim is submitted to Medicare, resulting in rebates being paid within 3 to 5 business days. This payment option reduces the time between making a payment and receiving any eligible Medicare rebates.

Medicare Online claiming is available at all City Fertility clinics. This is a secure and convenient way to claim your rebate without having to visit a Medicare office. Patients who are ineligible for Medicare are able to pay for their treatment via the online patient platform. However, all cycle payments are required to be paid in full on the day you commence your fertility medications or day one of your cycle.

Please refer to your individual fee estimate regarding the amount required to be paid and also for your unique identifier code.

Make an online payment today.

Payment via Direct Debit/Credit

This option allows you to pay your cycle fees directly into City Fertility’s bank account. Please contact the clinic where you are receiving treatment and they can either provide you with the bank account details to use or send you a secure link to pay directly via our payment portal. All payments are required in full and up to three days prior to your procedure.
