FREE Fertility Health Consultation

Do you have fertility questions about your ovarian reserve (AMH test), egg freezing, or using donor sperm to grow your family?

Our FREE Fertility Health Consultation gives you valuable insights into your reproductive health and fertility options.

At City Fertility, we simplify your fertility journey by providing access to our General Practitioners (GPs), who specialise in fertility and have a broad interest in women’s health. We offer FREE Fertility Health Consultations, to help you better understand your fertility.

During the consultation, your City Fertility GP will discuss your medical and fertility history. They may recommend several blood tests to assess your fertility levels and can discuss all fertility options with you. After the assessment, they will provide guidance on your next steps or refer you to a fertility specialist, if needed.

Please note that your consultation is free of charge, however, pathology tests (e.g. semen analysis) will be at a cost.

To schedule your consultation, please submit a GP enquiry form and one of our friendly Fertility Advice Centre team members will be in touch.

In-person and telehealth appointments are available for QLD and NSW residents, and telehealth only for VIC and ACT. Please contact us for WA options.
