City Fertility recognises that the health and safety of all employees, patients and visitors are of utmost importance and vital to the success of our business. As such, we aim to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace through consultation and increased health and safety awareness of management and our employees.

City Fertility aims to provide compassionate and exceptional patient care in a safe environment for all couples and individuals.

Through the cooperative efforts of management and employees, we are committed to:

• providing and maintaining buildings, equipment and plant in a safe working condition
• supporting the ongoing training and assessment of our employees
• developing, implementing and monitoring safe work practices

• providing information, instruction and supervision

The focus of City Fertility’s health and safety management system is to prevent hazards. We shall continue to develop and improve a framework for health and safety management and a plan for systematic risk assessment and control of hazards, to progressively improve safe behaviours and systems of work across the business.
