We are proud to announce City Fertility and our associated network have been named as a Bronze Service Provider following our Health + Wellbeing Equality Index (HWEI) submission.
We are delighted to accept this honour as it supports our commitment to diversity and inclusion as well as our delivery of high quality, inclusive fertility and IVF care.
The annual Health + Wellbeing Equality Index has been designed to assess and benchmark LGBTI+ inclusive service provision amongst health, wellbeing and human service providers.
This is Australia’s first instrument to annually benchmark LGBTI+ inclusive service provision amongst the organisations in the health, human services and wellbeing sectors.
Our participation in this index is able to effectively highlight the strengths within how, as well as identify any areas that could be improved. This information will feed directly into our inclusion action plans to progress our delivery of a LGBTI+ inclusive service for our patients.
The results from the index will also provide a valuable reference in terms of current best practices as well as both qualitative and quantitative data to show improvements in the delivery of inclusive fertility and IVF care.
This is an important step forward for City Fertility and we are excited to continue improving how we can support our patients during their fertility journey.
