A payment plan must be in place prior to a patient commencing treatment. If a patient pre-pays for a procedure prior to the procedure occurring the patient may be eligible for a refund if the procedure does not go ahead as planned or is cancelled prior to the procedure date. Please note that if the patient has commenced treatment (started medication) in some instances the refund maybe less than the amount paid upfront as cancellation fees maybe applicable.
Once the procedure proceeds the full fee for the cycle is required in payment regardless of the outcome of the cycle. The fee for the cycle is not refundable. If any laboratory procedures have been pre-paid and did not take place these will be refunded to the patient. The patient may also wish to leave the remaining balance as a deposit for payment towards future treatment.
