Anyone looking to nourish their mind and soul as well as their body, all under one roof, is in for a treat at Sydney’s MindBodySpirit Festival from 26th to 29th October.
A showcase of all things related to health, wellbeing, natural therapies and spiritual enrichment, the festival is the largest of its kind in Australia.
Check out the vast array of stalls, watch demonstrations on healthy eating, listen to an inspiring guest speaker, enjoy some body pampering or re-energise in a yoga session.
