Dr Elina Safro

Dr Elina Safro is a general practitioner with expertise in sexual and reproductive health, and has over 12 years of clinical experience across a wide range of clinical and procedural areas within this field of medicine.

She practices at Family Planning Australia and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, where she has a Visiting Medical Officer appointment in the medical and forensic management of sexual assault.

Dr Safro also serves as the Chair of the Education Subcommittee for the Board of the Australasian Menopause Society and is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the HER Centre, Monash University. She is also a clinical examiner for the Australian Medical Council.

Known for her friendly and compassionate approach, Dr Safro is passionate about supporting women throughout all stages of life. She has a particular interest in supporting couples and individuals with fertility to grow their family.
